2. Overview

System is mainly composed of personnel wristband, reader, handset, locator,system software platform,etc.

Overall Frame show as below:

Ø Identity layer

   Reader and locator collect all information of prisoner wristband and offer to the access layer.

Ø Access layer

   Access layer transfer the collected data into transmission layer through internet. 

Ø Transmission layer

Transmission layer transfer the data to management layer by exchanger.

Ø Management layer

With the user-friendly interface and functions, it offers the most direction management enjoyment. 

   Operation Theory:

With using the anti-tamper wristband for prisoner,if it occurs the situation that no signal from the prisoner wristband or damaged,

 it would alarm automatically.

The rfid wristband for prison guard and manager is able to take down and have the function of bidirectional

 paging alarm so as to protect their safety for the police officer.

Set readers all over the area such as detension house and install locator(directional reader) on the pivotal, 

sensitive, perimeter areas.

The prisoners wear RFID wristband which is active with active working mode everyday, then it will reflect

 ID information ceaselessly. Readers installed on the detention area is able to read the ID information from

 wristband and transfer the information to central server through internet. Managers could review detailed

 information for prisoners by comparing ID database.If there are cases like no signal, cross region privately,

 take down or cut off the wristband, it would have sound-light alarm reminder in the central control room, then managers talkback according to on-site situation and go to manage by speakers in this area. There are handset in the system so that managers

 can track the personnel condition within the area.

3. System composition

The system is mainly made up of personnel wristband, reader ,handset , locator, system software platform, etc.

3.2 Software Composition

（1） Personnel Location Management

It is able to have precise location for personnel area by coordinate application between directional

 readers and omnidirection readers, shown as below picture .

（2） Alarm Management

Alarm management includes: illegal aggregation,forbidden zone invasion alarm, unauthorized 

dislocation alarm, alarm for out of watch, emergency calling for help, alarm for equipment 

exception, abnormal tracking alarm, etc.   

（3） Database Management

The system includes building their data archives for every personnel, recording all kinds of

 information for them in details and building up multidimensional quiry system, which makes

 it very easy and quick to inquiry all kinds of information. It is able to integrate original 

personnel information system to realize information sharing, records everyday action of 

managed personnel so as to analyze their behavior pattern roundly. It also can collect

 prisoner’s information automatically in order to realize comprehensive informatization , 

which establishes detailed data archives for every prisoner, builds up multidimensional 

dadabase retrieval system that offers all-round, rapid, multidimensional inquiry tool for managers .
